The 30-day return policy applies to all vehicles purchased directly from Vernon Garage. The vehicle must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date to be eligible for a return.
    •    Powertrain and Engine Coverage:
This return policy specifically covers any defects or issues related to the engine and powertrain components. The powertrain includes, but is not limited to, the engine, transmission, and drivetrain components.
    •    Conditions for Return:
    ◦    The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or purchased, with no additional damage or modifications.
    ◦    The vehicle must not have been involved in any accidents or incidents that affect its performance.
    ◦    The vehicle must be returned with all original documents, including the bill of sale, title, and any other paperwork provided at the time of purchase.
    ◦    The vehicle must not have exceeded the 30-day or 1,000-mile limit from the date of purchase (whichever comes first).
    •    Inspection and Evaluation:
    ◦    Upon return, the vehicle will undergo a thorough inspection by our qualified technicians to determine if any defects or issues exist with the engine and powertrain. If the vehicle is found to have any defect covered under this policy, a full refund or replacement (at our discretion) will be provided.
    ◦    If the vehicle is returned for reasons unrelated to engine or powertrain failure, or if the vehicle has been altered in any way, we reserve the right to deny the return.

    •    Refund or Replacement:
If the vehicle is returned under the terms of this policy, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement vehicle may be offered based on availability. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
    •    Exclusions:
This policy does not cover:
    ◦    Wear and tear items such as tires, brakes, and batteries.
    ◦    Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
    ◦    Any issues not related to the engine or powertrain.
